Telasis Tekstil Ürünleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. aims to become a preferred organization in both national and international markets by producing nonwoven textile products in accordance with stakeholder needs and expectations — with high quality, respect for the environment, safe working conditions, and efficient energy use. Increasing product diversity and market share while protecting employees and the environment in a safe working environment, continuously improving energy performance, and using natural resources effectively and efficiently.
Identifying and eliminating risks related to environmental emergencies, developing methods to prevent and reduce environmental pollution before it occurs.
Minimizing waste, preventing pollution at its source, and reducing its negative impact on the environment through recycling or recovery.
Contributing to the formation of environmental awareness among employees, suppliers, and all stakeholders we influence, for the protection of the environment and the prevention of pollution.
Promoting and supporting the use of energy-efficient and environmentally friendly technologies starting from the design phase of all processes.
Taking all necessary measures and eliminating hazards in all our operations, in accordance with current OHS regulations and requirements, to ensure the health and safety of employees, subcontractors, visitors, and off-site workers.
Preventing all types of workplace accidents and occupational diseases that may result in physical or mental health problems, injuries, or fatalities, and ensuring the health, safety, and social well-being of all employees, visitors, subcontractors — while preventing any possible material and moral losses they and their families may experience.
Periodically reviewing our defined goals and objectives, and allocating the necessary resources to achieve them.
Establishing and maintaining effective systems to ensure consultation and participation of employees and/or their representatives regarding occupational health and safety.
