This Privacy/Personal Data Protection Policy and Communication Permission explains:

a. What types of personal data are collected by this website (“Website”) for which we act as the Content and Hosting Provider,

Retention Period of Personal Data

Under Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce:

  • Records regarding withdrawal of consent are stored for 2 years from the withdrawal date,

  • The content of the commercial electronic message and all related logs are stored for 3 years to be submitted to the Ministry when necessary.

After these periods, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized by us or at your request. Additionally, traffic data processed under Law No. 5651 is retained for 2 years and then anonymized after this period.
