SOCIAL COMPLIANCE POLICY

This policy has been prepared to define our company’s commitments in the area of social responsibility and our corporate values. Our company aims to protect employee rights, comply with social ethical standards, and fulfill environmental responsibilities. In addition, it commits to operating in full compliance with the labor standards set by the International Labour Organization (ILO) and other international norms. The ILO makes a global effort to protect workers’ rights, ensure fair working conditions, and promote social justice. As the management of Telasis, we support this mission, which ensures that ethical, honest, and fair practices are accepted as fundamental principles in all company activities. We commit to providing employees with all rights arising from standards within the framework of laws, complying with occupational health and safety rules, being environmentally conscious, and creating a workplace environment where open and honest communication, mutual respect, and employee value are upheld.

EMPLOYEE RIGHTS & CONTRIBUTION TO EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT:

To respect all values and rights of employees, ensure equal rights and good working conditions for all, increase employee satisfaction, and contribute to their professional and personal development and quality of life through training.


EMPLOYMENT OF PREGNANT WORKERS:

To protect the health rights of pregnant employees and ensure safe working conditions, avoid any discrimination due to pregnancy, guarantee their rights at work, and provide leave under appropriate conditions to maintain a healthy work environment.


EMPLOYMENT OF FOREIGN NATIONALS:

To provide employment contracts in a language understood by foreign workers employed legally, and to manage all personnel procedures from hiring to termination in accordance with current legislation. Under no circumstances shall a worker be employed under debt bondage, and no illegal workers shall be employed.


PREVENTION OF FORCED AND COMPULSORY LABOR:

No work shall be performed under contractual obligation or debt bondage; all work must be based on free will.


PREVENTION OF CHILD LABOR:

In line with institutional respect for protecting children from all forms of abuse, ensuring healthy development, and the right to education, we commit to not employing anyone under the age of 18 and to comply with legal procedures for young workers.


PREVENTION OF DISCRIMINATION:

To avoid discrimination among employees based on age, gender, race, religion, language, lineage, ethnic and national origin, social class, sexual orientation, belief, marital, social, or economic status, and to implement mechanisms that prevent discrimination.


EMPLOYEE PARTICIPATION & FREEDOM OF ASSOCIATION:

To include employee representatives in management, respect their right to join unions and engage in collective bargaining, and ensure they can be represented freely and democratically.


PREVENTION OF ABUSE AND HARASSMENT:

To prioritize a peaceful working environment and employee happiness, to respect the dignity and personality of employees, to avoid punitive practices, and not to tolerate verbal, physical, or psychological harassment, pressure, threats, or coercion. Mechanisms will be established to allow all employees to express their concerns and complaints freely and confidently.


WORKING HOURS:

To define working hours in accordance with current laws and standards we have committed to, adhering to the principle of voluntary overtime, along with efficient working practices.


WAGES AND PAYMENTS:

To not pay below the minimum wage, to calculate and pay overtime in accordance with the law, to ensure that minimum wages meet the standard of living in the region where the business operates, and to continuously improve the conditions related to payments.

To create an absolutely safe working environment by implementing laws, regulations, and modern practices in all activities, to prioritize occupational safety, and to raise employee awareness.


ETHICAL CONDUCT:

To reject under all circumstances the giving, receiving, or offering of bribes, corruption, and/or commissions, and to act in accordance with established and publicly communicated ethical guidelines.
