SUPPLIER CLARIFICATION TEXT
Dear Supplier Employees and Officials,
As Telasis Textile Products Industry and Trade Inc., we value your trust in us. We would like to state that we process your personal data in accordance with the principles and rules set out in the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law No. 6698”), store it in secure environments, and act with sensitivity regarding your rights. Within the scope of our obligation to inform you, we hereby inform you as the "data controller" about the personal data we process, the purposes for which we process them, the recipients and purposes of transfer, the methods and legal reasons for collection, and your rights under the law.
Processed Personal Data and Method of Collection
Your identity (name-surname), contact (mobile phone-email address), financial information (bank account details), personal or professional experience data (diploma information, courses attended, in-service training, documents and certificates) depending on the nature of the service, physical space security data collected via CCTV recordings if you visit our building and campus, and, if necessary depending on the service, your health data and criminal record information containing criminal conviction data may be collected within the scope of the following purposes through email correspondence, face-to-face or phone calls, software used within the company, physical forms, camera recordings, in written and electronic media, by automatic or partially automatic means, and by non-automatic means as part of any data recording system.
Purposes and Legal Grounds for Processing
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the general principles set out in Article 4 of the Law—lawfully and fairly, accurately and, when necessary, kept up to date, for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes, relevant, limited and proportionate to the purposes for which they are processed, and retained for the period required by the relevant legislation or the purpose of processing.
Within this framework, your personal data is collected and processed by Telasis based on the personal data processing conditions stated in Article 5 of the Law for the following purposes and legal grounds:
Your identity, contact, professional experience, employment, and financial data are processed based on the legal ground of “being necessary for the performance of a contract or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract” for the execution of the company’s goods/services procurement processes, contract processes, communication with suppliers and their employees via email, phone, etc., execution of post-sale support services, execution of finance and accounting processes related to goods/services procurement, archiving activities, procurement and supply chain management, logistics operations, business operation and auditing, communication activities.
Your identity, contact, and financial data are processed based on the legal grounds of “explicitly stipulated by laws” and “necessity for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations” for the fulfillment of requests from official institutions, provision of information to authorized bodies as required by law, execution of financial and accounting processes, legal processes, compliance with laws and regulations, and fulfilling mandatory retention obligations.
Your identity, contact, criminal record, and health data are processed based on the legal grounds of “necessity for the legitimate interests of the data controller provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject” and “explicit consent” for ensuring compliance with legislation, contract processes, ensuring physical security of company locations, managing emergencies, visitor registration and tracking, risk management, security of movable property and resources, and occupational health and safety. Health data collected due to contractually required health reports is stored in locked cabinets in the company doctor’s office in accordance with Article 6(3) of the Law.

Recipients and Purposes of Transfer of Processed Personal Data
Your personal data may be shared for the purposes mentioned above and in accordance with the data processing and transfer conditions stated in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, provided that adequate and effective security and confidentiality measures are taken, with our shareholders, business partners, service providers when necessary for business operations, group companies, authorized public institutions, and legally authorized private individuals.
Rights of the Personal Data Owner Under Article 11 of the Law No. 6698
As personal data subjects, you have the following rights under Article 11 of the Law:
To learn whether your personal data is processed,
To request information if it has been processed,
To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used appropriately,
To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
To request correction if your personal data is incomplete or incorrectly processed, and to request that third parties to whom the data has been transferred be informed of the correction,
To request deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons for processing are no longer valid, even if it has been processed in accordance with the law, and to request notification of such actions to third parties,
To object to any adverse outcome as a result of analysis through automated systems exclusively,
To demand compensation in case of damages due to unlawful processing of personal data.
To exercise the above rights, you can fill out the application form at www.telasis.com.tr and submit it in person to “Gazi Osmanpaşa OSB Mah. 2.Cad No:1A Çerkezköy / Tekirdağ”, send it via notary, or send it from your registered email address with a secure electronic signature to telasis@hs01.kep.tr. Your applications will be finalized free of charge by our Company within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of your request. However, if the process incurs a cost, a fee may be charged as per the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

I consent to the processing of my criminal conviction data, including my criminal record, by Telasis Textile Products Industry and Trade Inc. within the scope of service procurement contracts, limited to fulfilling contractual obligations and under the personal data processing conditions stated in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law No. 6698; and to the sharing of this data with service providers and suppliers, business partners, company officials, group companies, and legally authorized public institutions and private individuals, for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations and efficient execution of company operations and activities, with the understanding that I have the right to object and of my own free will.
